Problem :

Sending business proposals over PDF and email is slow and blind — you never know if the client opened it, and accepting means yet another back-and-forth. Small teams needed a faster way to send a polished quote and close it.

Solution :

A proposal builder that outputs a clean public page the client can accept in one click. Multi-currency (AED / USD), live status, and analytics so the sender knows exactly when a proposal is viewed and where it stands.

My Role :

I designed and built the whole product — data model, auth, the builder UI, public proposal pages and the dashboard.

Process :

Started from the core loop — create, send, accept — and grew outward: templates, currency handling, and a public page tuned to feel trustworthy enough to accept money against.

Outcome :

A working platform that turns a quote into a shareable, acceptable link with real visibility into the pipeline. (Shown here as an anonymized demo — the product name, domain and client data are redacted under NDA.)

Tech Stack :

Next.js + TypeScript on the front, Supabase / Postgres for data and auth, Tailwind for the UI. Public accept pages, multi-currency, analytics.
